I had a confirmed booking for a few nights, but when I got there, nobody came to the door or answered the bell. I waited outside for half an hour, then called the property to ask what was happening. Nothing got sorted out, and they didn't even apologize. Later, they sent me a message in Russian. What was that supposed to be?
It's a good place, though not the cheapest. As a bicycle tourist, I especially appreciated being able to leave my bike safely in the enclosed yard without worrying about it.
Really poor.
