The sewage smell is awful, and the way people are treated feels like being herded around. There’s no respect: take one step to the side and you get a comment. Even the children seem unable to go anywhere without feeling bullied. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
After 11 p.m., everyone has to go to bed, which makes the place feel like a camp. The owner is a very unpleasant woman with a negative attitude.
Everything was clean and tidy, and check-in and checkout were very quick. It’s good value, with several shops nearby and both the train and bus stations close by.
The host was lovely and friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The rooms have what you need, with heating, electricity, and hot water always available from their own systems.
I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Uzhhorod. Mr. Victor is kind and polite, and the rooms are clean, warm, and comfortable.
