I’m reviewing both the hotel and the pub. The pub has a cat, so that’s an automatic 10/10 for me. The food is delicious, the beer is excellent, and they have a hopinator with limited-time special flavors that are interesting. The hotel was terrific too. My room was extremely clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable, and getting in was easy. When the restaurant is closed, the main door is locked, which confused me at first when I wanted to leave. There’s a buzzer, though, and they let you back in. I’d absolutely recommend staying here in Uzhhorod. It’s close to lots of places to visit, and most things are an easy walk.

I stopped in for a quick lunch on May 29, 2025. The employees were really friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing. The beer was okay. I’d like to come back someday for more delicious Ukrainian food. 🇺🇦

We only came for a meal and a beer, not an overnight stay. Both were very good, and the service and atmosphere were just right. Prices were reasonable too.

Review from Nov 2018. This brewpub is fairly close to the center. Kapushanskaya street is wide but not very attractive, while the restaurant itself is in good shape. They serve traditional Transcarpathian food and home-brewed beer, including regular Lager and some specialties. It’s a tourist spot, but prices are fair. There’s a screen beside the entrance showing German music videos.

For a one-night stay at this price, the hotel is quite good. The rooms are small but sparkling clean, and there’s public parking right outside. I’d like the owner to improve how the waiters work. Only two or three seemed to make an effort to be polite. The others acted as if serving me a beer were a favor. Smoking should also be banned inside. People can smoke outside.
