I stayed three nights with my GF. For prices that are clearly low by European standards, you get what you pay for. I would have liked a little more privacy when the resort has more guests. The rooms and food are average, though after a hike, hungry as a wolf, you hardly notice. The sauna and hot tub are nice.

Book ahead. There's a camp at the same place, so even a doctor may be available there, and some rooms can already be occupied. The team was very friendly and made our stay memorable.

Gerdan Camp is a well thought-out, high-quality camp with a packed, active program. Every day brought movement, emotions, and new impressions. The food was tasty and balanced, and the accommodation was comfortable, with clean, tidy rooms that were nice to return to after a busy day. The counselors deserve a special mention. You can tell they truly love children and their work. They connect easily with each child and create a warm, safe atmosphere where everyone feels heard and accepted.

The food was so good, huge thanks to everyone who made it. And the camp itself was a blast, with a really interesting program and fun counselors. I'd come back in a heartbeat, and I'm going to miss everyone a lot.
