Family House

My booking was cancelled because other guests wanted to extend their stay. When I asked why that should be my problem, the owner said it was her place and she could do whatever she wanted. They offered me no other accommodation. If you book here, be aware that your agreement may count for nothing: someone else might book for longer, and you could simply be told your reservation is cancelled. Terrible service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone 👎

We came to Vinnytsia for the weekend and stayed in these apartments. The place was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s not in the center, but with taxi prices that wasn’t a downside for us. The administrator stayed in touch even though we arrived late, and guided us to the place properly. The apartment is in a residential area with a gated property, and having a dedicated parking space was extremely convenient. There are lots of shops nearby, including a large Silpo. We liked our stay very much, thank you!

We’ve been to Vinnytsia before, but this was our first stay here, and everything was very decent. I’d definitely recommend Family House. The only thing to keep in mind is that it takes a little while to get to the center, though Vinnytsia is compact, so the trip isn’t long.

We were so pleased to have our own parking space, and the location has everything close by: a shopping mall, village hall, cafes, restaurants, a coffee shop, a hairdresser, and more. The apartments are clean and stylish, with a lovely renovation, fresh towels, bed linen, and bathrobes. The woman who owns the place was very polite and found a way for us to visit, which we’re grateful for. Having an owner who isn’t intrusive means a lot these days 🫰 I’ll definitely return and recommend it, you won’t regret it 😇
