I've never had a worse experience at a hotel. I booked the rooms, but after not even visiting them I couldn't get my money back. The front desk staff seemed very inexperienced. Three days later the hotel administrator called me back with a blaming attitude, which felt rude and completely unprofessional. The sauna we stayed in was dirty, and you could smell the dampness as soon as you walked in. I'm very disappointed with the staff and wouldn't recommend staying at or even near this hotel. With people like this working in hospitality, Ukrainian service will always stay Ukrainian.

The location is convenient, right by the city's popular Harvest (Harvest) market. The place was impeccably clean, the food delicious, and the service excellent. Staff were friendly, too.

Breakfast was fine, no complaints there. The rest could use some work. The water is so soft that soap and shampoo don't rinse off properly, and the bottle of water in my room wasn't replaced over the three days I was there. There were no sockets by the bed. The rooms felt humid, as if there were a sauna downstairs, so I had to sleep with the windows open.
