Hotel Feride

The classic style gives the hotel a great look, and everything was neat. My room was spacious and had most of the accessories I wanted. The staff were helpful, though some may not know much English. The pillows were far too soft for me, and a range of pillow options would be good. I also had bad luck with a central pipe running near my room. At times water rushing through it sounded like a waterfall, and it was so loud that I struggled to sleep for two days. Other rooms apparently don't have this issue. Apart from that, it was a great stay and I'd recommend it.

The service was awful, with not a single smile, and the beds felt like wooden planks. I used the Nescafe in the room thinking it had been replenished, but it hadn't. The restaurant upstairs was really bad, and because the rooms are on the floor below it, you can hear everything there, as well as sounds from the rooms next door. Just a terrible, noisy hotel and one big misunderstanding.

The breakfast was good, and the room itself was very nice and comfortable. The problem was all the noise coming from the night club.

The sightseeing was good, and so was the place itself. I only got one salad this time, but it was tasty. Next time I'll order the full menu.
