The photos and video turned out gorgeous, and I’m incredibly grateful for how the hotel handled everything. Maria and Irina, thank you. They gave us the room for the photo shoot as a compliment, along with champagne and chocolates for the newlyweds. The girls stayed in touch that evening and the next morning, and the room was ready at 8:30. Maria even found a place for our things in the conference room. It started as a nightmare. I was the bride, standing in the lobby with my dress, the groom's suit, and a robe for the bride's morning, on 05/21/2025. I had booked the room back in March for photos and video of the bride's morning, something this hotel is popular for in Vinnytsia because the rooms are so beautiful. The administrator checked carefully and told me my booking was for the next day, the wedding day, with check-in only from 12. Our photo session was set for 8:30 that morning. There were no other free rooms, and with the videographer, photographer, and content maker all due to arrive, I started searching other hotels from the lobby but couldn't find anything. After 15 minutes, senior administrator Maria came to the rescue with an alternative. We could check out of one room at 9 the next morning, the maids would clean it quickly in 20 minutes, and we'd begin at 9:20, later than planned. In the end, everything was ready at 8:30. May you always have lots of customers!

We were passing through for one night in -11 degree weather, and the room was so warm that we even opened the window. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a comfortable mattress. There's free parking and a view of the city. Thanks to the administrator working on Christmas Eve. I had mixed up the booking dates, but she still settled us in, showed us the shelter and how to get to the store, and was very friendly and kind. We left too early to have breakfast. Thanks for the hospitality!

The breakfasts were delicious and traditional, and included in the room price. We were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and the care in the details. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back.
