The rooms were clean, though kettles and newer TVs would be welcome. The food was okay, but didn’t have much local flavor. The hotel itself is pleasant, with a fantastic view and friendly staff. The road is the big drawback: it’s very steep and unpaved. One night we had to leave the car lower down because getting all the way to the hotel was so difficult. Keep that in mind if you don’t have a 4x4.

There’s plenty of parking, a panoramic outdoor pool, and several gazebos. The guesthouse has an Alpine chalet style, with lovely scenery from the terrace. One unusual feature is a library on every floor. Most books are older editions, though there are some modern books in English too. The games room could use some improvement, but at least it’s there. The road is gravel and sometimes has concrete slabs, so cars with very low clearance may have trouble. The food at the guesthouse is okay, nothing more.

A lovely family holiday spot, up on a hill with amazing views and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable, with medium-firm orthopedic metres. The local food is delicious and made with natural ingredients only. The ski slopes are a two-minute walk away, and the "Salomon"and "Rossignol" skiing equipment was in good condition. It felt like being in the Australian Alps, but much cheaper. A great base for skiing!

I spent three nights here in summer and loved it. It’s a great hilltop hotel with an amazing view, and a really relaxing place if all you want is to rest and head into the mountains.
