The hotel is warm, and almost every room has a nice view. It has its own restaurant, other facilities, and two splendid saunas. There's also a food store in the building with all the necessary supplies, plus a chemistry shop across the road. You can easily arrange a transfer to Pylypets for skiing or a walk to the waterfall. Synevyr lake is about an hour away.

The pool was wonderful, and the whole complex felt very cozy. The food was good, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the view was beautiful. Really cool people work there, and the locals are friendly. You can do laundry too. I hope I get to come back 🧡
We stayed with the children and were very satisfied. The pool was great, with an hour a day included in the fee, and the football fields are new. The meals come as a package, taste good, and the portions aren't small. Our room was clean, the furniture and plumbing were in good shape, and the staff were polite. There's a shop right in the hotel where you can buy groceries and some useful items.
We held a graduation celebration at this hotel. Things were generally fine, but after the banquet we had paid for two nights, including the following day, and the administrator was acting crazy!! She kept pestering the kids not to walk in the corridor or speak louder, burst into their rooms without warning, and yelled that she'd evict them. After we thought everyone had calmed down, she walked along the corridor listening at the rooms. I don't recommend this hotel for school groups of children because of that administrator!!!
