The hostel was clean and cozy, with nice toilets and showers, free Wi-Fi, and laundry available for a fee. It was also very busy, with lots of people coming through to hike. Our beds were clean, though my boyfriend's mattress had uncomfortable springs. We weren't given the towel included with the booking when we arrived, so we had to pay an extra 20 UAH, which was annoying. The host didn't speak English, making communication difficult, and didn't seem especially attentive or service minded.

Olga and Vlad were really helpful, and they speak English. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable, just as good as other places I've stayed. It's a short walk to the railway and bus stations, as well as food markets. Very nice place.

It was quiet and clean while only two or three other people were staying there. For the price, it was well worth it.

The rooms are pleasant, and the hostel is very new and kept really clean. I didn't find the staff very helpful, though, and got little information about things to do in Rakhiv. I'd only stay here with a clear plan for several days, otherwise you could end up bored.

The owner was very accommodating and even helped get the fire going for our outdoor BBQ dinner. We did have trouble with the heating, which I suspect may have been related to the high vacancy. I'd like to come back in the warmer months after Covid-19.
