The grounds were peaceful, tidy, and clean, with swings, gazebos, a barbecue, and free firewood. They even provide a hairdryer and iron at no charge. The room was comfortable and the hotel felt fresh, with everything we needed. We came across the place by chance and were won over from our first message with the manager. Alexandra was lovely, asked us what we needed, explained everything, and wished us a safe journey. Andrey was just as helpful when we arrived and showed us around. We really fell in love with the place. Thanks for such a lovely stay, we'll definitely return!

People like different things, but our families stayed here in 2021 and now we're eagerly waiting for it to reopen so we can come back. A big thank-you to the staff.

A good choice for a budget break. The staff are attentive and will help you find your way around the property and the resort. The rooms don't have modern renovations or air conditioning, but there is a fan, and there's a pool on site. If those things don't matter to you, they have what you need for a relaxing stay.

We stayed longer than planned and really didn't want to leave 😘👍 It's a cozy, affordable hotel with spotless grounds, gazebos, and a barbecue. The rooms range from economy options with shared bathrooms to ones with their own. There's a kettle and microwave on each floor, plus a little kitchen for making your own food. The hosts and staff were friendly, and cleaning was done several times a day. The sea is about seven minutes away along a straight, well-kept street; there's a reasonably priced supermarket on the way. Thanks for being so welcoming 😉 I've attached my own photos. July 1, 2020.

For 400 UAH, the room came with a fridge, sink, bedside tables, balcony, and mirror. The Wi-Fi was free and decent, and the service was excellent for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding was clean and complete, the beds were comfortable with great mattresses, and they provided towels, paper, soap, and warm blankets. Well done!
