Cyrus was a very kind gentleman. He showed us around the facility and took time to answer all our questions during our brief visit. The property is right in the middle of town, with easy access to Old Town attractions and roads. It has well-appointed accommodation, meeting spaces, and a restaurant. I hope to do business with them in the future.

We stopped at Zawadi Hotel in Kampala for a meal on the way to Gulu, and the service was poor. The waiter first said the wait would be 30 minutes, then, an hour later, told us it would be another 10. After 105 minutes, we needed to leave and asked to pay for our drinks. The waiter disappeared and sent a young lady to take the payment instead. Staff attitude like this drives customers away, and management should address it.
