4/10
The beds were comfortable, and once I figured out the hot water, that earned the place two stars from me. The rooms are in rough shape: things are crooked, broken, bent, faded, or discoloured, and the doors won’t shut. There’s also a smell of smoke and old people. I wouldn’t recommend it to foreign tourists.

The hotel’s surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the guests are lovely. The wifi, though, is a bit weak.

Good care and service await customers at Hotel Santa Maria Arua. It’s one of the best hotels in Arua.

The sockets are awkwardly placed, and there’s no hot water for showers.

The meals are so bad, though the place itself is good.
