The staff made a real effort to make us feel at home, and the restaurant served delicious meals. Mum Resort has lovely gardens and comfortable rooms, with a peaceful atmosphere that works for unwinding after business or leisure. It could suit couples, families, or groups looking for a retreat.

The place looked abandoned. For 80k, the room was dusty and poorly ventilated.

There’s lots of space here, with big gardens for functions, plus a health club with a pool, gym, sauna, steam bath, and massage. I also counted about three bars and three pool tables. It’s set back from the main road, so I slept well, and the railway nearby was a fun novelty. The train goes by around midmorning and again in the evening. When I stayed, though, the place seemed either short-staffed or in the middle of a revamp. I’d definitely stay again and hope for a better experience next time.

I had an excellent reception at this Hotel 8 years ago. Hope you’re still keeping it up 🫶
