The restaurant was busy enough that food took ages, even when we ordered ahead, but it was delicious and worth waiting for if you’re not in a rush. Diana at reception was attentive and easy to deal with. The restaurant team had a bit of trouble with muzungu English, though we managed. Rooms are simple and clean, with hot water and strong pressure. Breakfast is usually katogo, with eggs and sausage available too. There was a wedding during our stay and music stopped at 10 pm. It can get noisy during events, but the double rooms were quieter than the singles. One of the best places to stay in Buwama, especially compared with other local hotels. We’d come back.

There’s plenty of local knowledge here, and the staff are polite and professional. The rooms are good and the local food is fine. A welcoming place to stay on the Masaka Kampala road.

I slept peacefully, and the clean room and bed made for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was good. Hot water was a little unreliable. Good value for the money.

The restaurant waitresses made us feel especially well looked after, their hospitality was priceless. The food was nice too. Rooms were hygienic, and the staff caring. A very good place to stop overnight along Masaka road.
