The room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a very comfy bed, and the rooms were adequate. The location is ideal and the service was extremely good. We got very little hot water, but it was a cloudy day and the water is solar heated. I was very pleased with the service.

The area around the hotel could use some development, but the stay itself was good value. We had a spacious room, a great bed, and our own balcony. The staff were professional and provided a mosquito net. My Ugandan husband enjoyed the local breakfast, while I had the continental one.

During my trip through East Africa, this was the best hotel I stayed in. The price felt like good value, and breakfast was included. The WiFi was fast enough for streaming, and I had no trouble with hot water either, despite what others have said.

It's a very nice-looking place, but the service and management were terrible. We were told it was new and good, then found there was no hot or even warm water. Staff said there was nothing they could do because there was no sun. We asked how they'd help with the water problem, but got the same answer, along with the claim that they hadn't received a complaint from room 107. We had complained the night before and raised it again the next morning. Still, later there was no warm water, even with Entebbe's windy, cold weather, and the response was again that nothing could be done.

The location is by the lake near a fishing village, and not too far from Entebbe airport. We had a great stay, with clean rooms, good service, and working WiFi. We didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food.
