Esther, the hostess, really made my visit memorable. She was welcoming, warm, attentive, and went above and beyond. I felt valued as a guest, and her professionalism stood out. The poolside setting was beautiful and relaxing, with great music, delicious food, and excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience at Best Western Premier Garden Hotel Entebbe, and I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for good vibes, service, and dining in Entebbe, I recommend it.

Everyone on the team was helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Deepak (GM), Ernst from pool side, Lydia from Laundry staff, and Eve Appolo from Pool bar for their efforts. The restaurant had tasty, varied food, and the location near local attractions was ideal. The outdoor pool and modern fitness facilities were superb, and the hotel was comfortable and luxurious throughout. We'll definitely return.

Relaxing by the outdoor pool was a highlight, and the restaurant's international cuisine was outstanding. Our room was impeccably clean and had premium amenities. From arrival, the welcome was warm and the service attentive. We had an exceptional, first-class stay at Best Western Premier Garden Hotel Entebbe.

The Jacaranda multi-cuisine restaurant on the lobby level had a great ambience and tasty food. We also liked the refreshing pool, and the Olympic-size gym was a big plus, with excellent equipment. Our room was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
