My mom went there for a body wax yesterday, and it left her sore and in pain. They burned her several times, didn’t remove the wax properly because they hadn’t stretched her skin before pulling it off, and left patches of hair that usually get tweezed away. Even the next day she still had red marks where they waxed her. I’m upset that I brought my mom somewhere she left feeling hurt and disappointed. I won’t go back or bring anyone else there.

The staff are friendly, kind, and accommodating, and this is a good option if you’re working with a very tight budget. You can walk to just about everything, right in the heart of the area. Save your money for all the water adventures the Nile has to offer, and there are lots of them!

We were surprised by how much service we got for such a low price. My wife and I had a lovely stay, the place was clean, and breakfast was great. It’s in town but tucked away somewhere quiet. I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else unless their service gets worse. Keep up the good work, guys!

We stayed one night and paid for another stay scheduled for the following day, but then our flights changed and we had to cancel that booking. When we came to ask for a refund, the receptionist said we’d get half of what we paid back. The manager refused. We could have understood the decision if she’d explained it with some empathy, but the way it was handled was poor customer service.
