The rooms felt relaxing, with plenty of space, clean interiors, and lovely decor. The staff at Acactus Hotel were very friendly and made a real effort to keep me comfortable. I had an incredible stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and really went the extra mile. My room had a very comfortable bed, and the amenities were top-notch. It was spacious, modern, and spotless. Acactus Hotel Kampala, Uganda also had an ideal location, with public transport easy to reach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I stayed for a week and had an exceptional experience.

The food was good and made to order, and the Wi-Fi was good too. It was clean enough, and the hospitality was good, but the food took a long time to arrive. My room was spacious and maintained daily, though I didn't find the old sheets comfortable. There was no net, the bathroom was tiny, and the shower ran right over the toilet seat.

I appreciated the good customer care and service at Acactus hotel kampala,Uganda. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms were good, and there was enough accommodation for someone to stay. The hotel is in luwafu kampala, 2.2miles kampala park, and I consider it the best hotel in kampala.
