Nsambya is quiet and gives guests privacy, and parking is excellent with room for other activities. This place works fairly well for group retreats or small business meetings, though the conference and meeting facilities are limited and there aren't many rooms for accommodation. Some rooms were more comfortable than others. My earlier room, 211, had warm water and air conditioning. In my second room, 206, there was no warm water. The washroom design feels quite stagnating and needs fixing. The lighting was fine, but the charging socket should be refurbished so it's easier to use. The mosquito net policy deserves praise, and the net was really very warm. I also have to mention the English breakfast. The hotel should improve internet access in all rooms and the conference facility/restaurant. I didn't see wheelchair access to the upper rooms, although the lower rooms are accessible. The ladies who served me throughout my stay had a poor attitude, perhaps because they were overworked. I mean, one lady was serving more than 10 people alone, each with different orders.
