My stay at Dana Hotel was a very bad experience. The service was poor, and the accommodation wasn't clean or comfortable. There was no water in the shower, which made things even worse. The rental cost was expensive for the poor quality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was a nice part of my stay at Dana Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities felt modern, and the views were lovely. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the location made it easy to get to the view. I had a great time and would happily return to Dana Hotel.

At around 3:00 AM, I tried opening the window and the blinds pole fell on me. My phone slipped out and dropped from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor garage roof. A security person climbed up and got it back with only a few scratches, but I couldn't sleep after that. Earlier, when I checked in late at night, the room had no soap or towel, no AC, and it was very warm because the fan wasn't working. The staff didn't seem knowledgeable either. The building may look nice, but I won't come back.
