I spent my honeymoon there on 1 Dec 2019 and still remember the staff's smiles. They treated clients with great care, served very nice meals, and did good laundry for almost no cost. The hygiene was good too. Thanks to the vision bearer and the whole administration. We also go there for the directors' workshop funded by African renewal Ministries.

I paid way too much for a place that wasn't clean at all. There were about 100 ants in my bed, and there was no hot water, sometimes no water whatsoever. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Even after we booked and paid a deposit, the hotel service let us down badly. Poor customer care is what you get from the start, and the management is a disgrace. I've been here several times, and each visit has disappointed me. I wouldn't recommend holding a function there. Only go if you have no other option.

I was there for a function, so I'm only commenting on the gardens and the general appearance. The gardens are large enough for 300-400 guests, and the hotel is easy to reach, just a few metres off Gaba Road. Parking is very limited, even though there's another parking area opposite. The toilets weren't clean, and some buildings need repainting. The sauna block, for example, has smoke-covered walls.

The room had no AC or fan, and the bathroom had neither hot water nor a thermostat. They also don't have WiFi. When I asked for it, they brought something, but there was no internet. Worst hotel I've stayed in.
