I felt safe and at home the whole time, and didn't miss home at all. My stay ran from 12/24/23 to 1/9/2024, and it was one of my best vacations ever. The place was quiet and clean, the staff were kind, and they took care of almost all my needs. Mr Ezra was away, but Mr Moses was exceptionally amazing. The team was very professional. I'd recommend this hotel or Airbnb to anyone coming from abroad, or anyone wanting a clean, quiet place to relax. - Tracy , USA

Grafo was quiet at night and conveniently within walking distance of Capital Shoppers and Ntinda Trading Center. The security felt completely reassuring, and the managers were always on hand. Their teamwork really stood out: they looked after us throughout our stay, and any questions or concerns were sorted out within a minute or two. We felt at home, and the bed, bathroom, heater, kitchen, and living room were all clean and well managed. The WiFi was fast and steady. I only wished there were more clothes hangers. It was a worthwhile stay, and we'll definitely come back to Grafo.

As soon as I stepped inside, I knew I'd made the right choice. It's a nice, peaceful place, the customer care is good, and the food is nice. Everything was on point.
