Danial at reception was warm, professional, and very helpful. The reception team were friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with a smile. My room at Hotel Harmony was clean and well arranged, with a beautiful balcony view, and the comfortable setting made for a relaxing stay. It's a pleasant place to stay in Kampala, and I'd gladly return and recommend it to others.

I spent a week at Harmony Hotel and found the rooms great, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The peaceful stay and relaxing view made it easy to unwind. Service was quite slow because the staff were very few, so patience is needed when you make a request. Even so, it was a nice place to relax.

The Ugandan staff were nice, and the new hotel was clean, but the room I was given had no TV or other amenities. I paid usd 98 per night, which didn't feel worth it. Breakfast seemed catered for Chinese people, with no vegetarian options, just boiled eggs and porridge. Construction blockages made the location difficult to reach, and taxis and moto bike were hard to come by, with cancellations on bolt and uber. The hotel is chinese owned and operated.

I couldn't find a socket that fit any of the wall outlets, even after going to the mall to look for an adapter. I ended up having to go somewhere else to charge my phone. The outlets aren't the standard Ugandan type.

We cancelled our two-night booking and moved to another hotel after being shown five rooms that were all very dirty. The first had hair in the bathroom, stains on the floor, and empty bottles in the fridge. We had no choice given the hygiene conditions, and are requesting a full refund for the inconvenience.
