I ran a multi-day training at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala, and the Lilly Hall worked well for our group. There was plenty of seating, the audio and visual support was clear, and the staff handled requests quickly and professionally. Break food came hot and on time, and the Wi-Fi stayed stable throughout the sessions. Underground parking made it easy to arrive and unload. The grounds and pool could also work for informal breakouts. It's a quiet, peaceful location, and I recommend it for large corporate trainings. The hotel does feel a little dated, and some investment in upgrades would improve its appeal. Air circulation seemed limited even with the AC on, especially on the ground floor.

The food was good, and the service is nice overall. The rooms need work, though, and should have the essentials like slippers and a toilet scrubber. Wi-Fi in the rooms needs attention too. They should provide an iron and replace the TVs that don't work.

The building looks like it's seen better days. The hotel feels empty and barely functional, with many light bulbs broken and not replaced. The shops and restaurant seem to stay closed.
