Kololo is convenient, with cafes, restaurants, a small grocery shop, and a mall with a cinema nearby. The rooms look nice, but the soundproofing is poor, and outside music from the nearby Sky Lounge, car horns, and the next door generator made it hard to sleep at night. We also lost power twice during our short stay, each time for 12+ hours, even though there was supposedly a backup generator. We were glad to find another place to stay.

The location is handy, right by a mall and several restaurants and nightclubs, and the price is affordable. Night revelers do make it noisy, though. I also unfortunately found bed bugs in my room. Management said they would fumigate.

The guest relations were terrible. I had to ask five times for a towel, and the rooms were hot, so I repeatedly asked for a fan. More than an hour later they brought a broken one. I asked for a working fan, but nobody came back. The maintenance worker was very rude.

Good location, with great service providers, security, and parking. Take time to visit kampala suites Uganda.

I got a room on the quiet side and it's lovely. Having Que Pasa, Endiros, The Bistro, Pizza Hut, and Acacia Mall next door is a real bonus.
