The buffet is good and available from midday until late evening, and the budget friendly accommodation is close to Mulago (uganda's main hospital). Its central Kampala location also makes it easy to get around the city. Service needs work. I was guiding nine clients who had booked a stay of nearly a week. Nobody came to welcome us or help anyone with their luggage. Once inside, everyone was left to manage on their own. I hope they improve the service.
There’s a lot of room here, and the place has plenty to offer. The rooms are cozy, and the atmosphere is lovely, especially for a couples’ holiday. Staff were helpful and professional. There’s a separate coffee spot, a bar, pool game, spacious areas for parties, programmes, dates and work, plus a salon with sauna facilities. The restaurant serves a good breakfast and a wide choice of dishes, including a buffet. Buffet prices are 10k-20k. A couple bed room costs 70k with breakfast or 45k without it. I’d come back for a night or stay longer.
It’s right in the city, easy for people to get to, and has a pleasant atmosphere with little noise. There’s enough space for a crowd, and we use the meeting facilities for our Rotaract club meetings. It’s also a nice place to spend the night.
A comfortable spot to sit, relax, or read. The waiters are polite and the customer care is good. The food selection is limited, though, and I’m not much of a fan of it. The snacks are OK.
The manager is easy to approach and clearly leads a strong team. It’s a spacious place with a nice buffet, and one of Kampala’s top spots for a business lunch.
