Naguru Viewpointe Apartments

The setting is lovely, and it should be a place where you can sleep in and feel secure. Instead, early every morning I was woken by garden cleaners playing loud music on their phones. That was the deal breaker for me, and I won't return. The bed cover is far too warm for a tropical country, especially with the heat at night and an air conditioner that doesn't work. The rooms also weren't clean enough. I had to wear sandals or socks indoors to avoid picking up dirt. The owner once had a gem here, but the cleaners' inconsiderate behavior affects the guests directly.

We spent about two weeks here as a group, using more than five apartments. The place was spotless, and the staff were outstanding. With the February heat, having air conditioning was a real help. The owners were lovely and gave us much more than we'd paid for. Many thanks to Mrs. Tindyebwa and her staff.

The view is stunning, and the place sits in beautiful natural surroundings. It's a great spot to live, with high quality amenities that mix modern comfort and a bit of elegance.

My 16 days at the apartments were such a good experience. It was immaculate and peaceful, easy to get to, and security was very good. The owner and workers were friendly and always available, and all the complimentary services were excellent. Thanks so much for your kindness.
