Having room for everyone is the only reason I’m giving this place a 3. It was spacious, but the conference room area and other premises weren’t wheelchair accessible unless you planned to stay at the bar. The location pin is wrong too. It sends you to Kibuli instead of Kabalagala, near the Human Rights building as you enter Nsambya. They knew more than 70 people would be there for over 7 hours, yet the place hadn’t been dusted, prepared, or set up. There weren’t enough chairs, and coordination was generally poor. The washrooms had no water or soap, even with nearly 100 people needing to use them all day. I had to leave and use a restaurant nearby. Management seems to be paid to do next to no work.
