The food was okay and priced around the going market rate. The main problem is the noise, since it’s open onto a dual carriageway in town. Staff were slow and not very friendly.

We ended up there at 2:30 AM after our flight was delayed and we couldn’t locate the hotel we’d originally booked. The staff were still so friendly and carried all our bags upstairs in the middle of the night. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and bread, plus eggs made to order. We’ll stay there again!

I felt insulted as soon as I got to the gate, but gave the place a chance and stayed anyway. The gate man could have simply told me that juice wasn’t allowed inside. Instead, as I walked toward reception, the askari forcefully grabbed my juice and the polythene bag I was carrying. I complained afterward, but it seemed like nobody cared what had happened or wanted guests there. Later I tried to order food, and waited 40 minutes in an empty place without anyone attending to me. When I called, they said they were busy. I really hated the experience. If you want to ruin your mood, go there. Poor service. 😏😏

The garden is lovely, the parking lot is spacious, and it’s very convenient to have the motel right off the highway. The rooms are clean and beautiful, though a little cramped. Staff are friendly, but their slight lack of fluency in English can be a bit disconcerting.
