It's a handy location, with restaurants, bars and public transport nearby. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A balcony room is great in the evening, but far too hot for a daytime nap. The restaurant is a real drawback for the hotel: its food quality and variety bring the score down.

I've been here many times over the past two years, and it's the one place I trust for a good stay whenever I plan a trip back to uganda. Everyone does their best and is honest, from the gate men to the person who cleans the room. Doreen at reception, the head chief, cathy, and the rest of the team, I can't wait to be back.

A quiet, nice place.

I'm checking out today after a great stay. The room was quiet and the view was lovely. They should add guards to the window, though, since it's easy to defenestrate.

I came for lunch with a friend and found the meals decent and well priced. The ambience was really good, and I was impressed by the waiters' and waitresses' service. It's a clean, decent, respectful place with well-mannered staff. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel meal, whether breakfast or lunch.
