It's in a peaceful, quiet setting, and they provide good customer service.

We had to go down to reception and ask the woman there to come clean the room she'd given us because it was so dirty. The food can taste like it's from the previous day or night, so be careful with it. Also, the more expensive rooms, 80 and 70k, don't include breakfast, while the cheaper ones at 60 or 65k come with breakfast for two. You also have to be careful with the food, since it sometimes tastes like it was made the day or night before.

Royal Matt Hotel is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and the things each guest needs. It's hygienic, the waitresses are caring, and the prices are affordable. That's why I gave it five stars. Everyone should come along and visit.
