It’s away from the city center, which made the place quiet and the air feel fresh. The staff can help arrange a bike and driver if you need to get to a nearby supermarket. We arrived late, but they were ready for us and helped with everything, including a couple of special needs. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout. Thanks to the management and staff for a great stay.

Breakfast each morning had plenty of choices, and there were tasty dining options and attractions close by. The hotel itself was comfortable too, with clean, nicely furnished rooms and a fitness center and spa. The staff welcomed me warmly and were attentive from the start. It surpassed what I expected, and I’d recommend it for the service and amenities.

You get lovely views over a quieter part of the city here. The staff do a lot to make you feel at home, and Royal Victoria is a great place to stay.

A very peaceful area, with good food and a relaxing feel. The welcome and customer service were excellent, and I appreciated that it’s eco friendly too. I enjoyed my time here and have great memories of it. I’d stay again if I get the chance.

The food was the letdown. The owners should hire or train the chef to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the place. Still, Royal Victoria House is a good pick if you want some quiet away from city traffic and noise. It’s tucked away in Lubowa’s affluent suburbs, with nature woven into the setting. The place was clean and the staff hospitable. There are two lounge areas, on the first and second floors, with upscale furniture that made me feel valued. I also enjoyed seeing photos of the owners’ history as I went up the staircase.
