They take good care of customers and keep things hygienic. For a Congolese businessperson, it feels like a home away from home, with the food, language, company, and everything else. If you're not Congolese, though, you might feel out of place.

It's very clean and fairly priced, though the downtown setting can be a bit noisy.

The food is nice, and the location works really well for people visiting on business.

The neighborhood still feels run-down, although the hotel is in a decent location. The rooms have nearly everything you need, and I'd call them about 65% comfortable. The hotel is doing well overall, but service depends on who you get. Some agents don't treat clients respectfully or understand what they're asking for, and some wait until you request even the most basic service. Others do a good job.

It's clean and quiet, and the Wi-Fi is good. Safdal hotel is in town on mussaja alumbwa road, just a few metres from the mussaja alumbwa police station. The restaurant is good, the staff are very good, and both the food and rooms are affordable. I'd recommend checking it out.
