I really didn't want to check out, and even thought about adding another night. The breakfast was ahhhmazing, too! Gracious was so helpful when I mentioned I was enjoying myself but couldn't get the Wi-Fi connected. He brought someone right over to my table to help. Emanuel also stopped by to tell me about breakfast options for special meal requests, and Barbara got me interested in finding time to visit the spa. I'm serious, book this hotel!

Chef Emmanuel made my stay at Sheraton Kampala especially memorable. He asked about my food preferences, and when I told him I’m South Indian and love masala dosa, he surprised me with one of the best I’ve ever had. I never expected an Ugandan chef to make it so well. He was warm, polite, and made me feel comfortable. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the service was excellent throughout. I had a wonderful time and would happily return to Sheraton Kampala.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely views across Kampala. Staff were attentive and professional, and the restaurants served delicious food. There’s also a pool and spa that are great for relaxing. It’s a top-class hotel with impressive facilities and service, suited to business or leisure stays. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and luxury in Uganda.

We spent an evening there as a family last Sunday and had a good time. The lighting was nice, and we liked the drinks. Music was playing, but it wasn't too loud.

I went for a breakfast meeting and enjoyed my short stay. The food choices were thoughtful and satisfying, and the manager was really nice. The property was well maintained, the setting was very clean, and the staff were lovely. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures.
