Thank you for hosting us and serving us. There’s room to improve, though. Meals need to be available on time and regularly, especially since this is a big hotel where we expect very good service. Also, waking me while I was in bed just because it was checkout time was unfair when you didn’t know how many days I was meant to stay.

The Verona Hotel shut down in 2022, more than a year ago. Hotelsonline still advertises it and takes bookings, but apparently has no connection with the new owners. They now run the place as a girl-room-friendly environment.

The food and breakfast were good, and the accommodation was nice. The weather was excellent, the people welcoming, and parking felt secure. Customer care was good, including from the security personnel. It's now Kafra Hotel.
