Joseph made our stay comfortable and easy, especially when we needed breakfast before sunrise for a gorilla trek at Bwindi. This newly opened hotel in Kisoro is run by a very professional crew, and they were super accommodating.

We had a great stay at Coffee Pot Hotel. The staff were warm and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the place felt welcoming. The room had everything we needed. There are lots of food choices and the food was really good, especially the guacamole. Beside the hotel there's a cafe and souvenir shop, which I recommend visiting, though the prices are very [unclear in source]. It's a great base for activities around Kisoro, and I'd definitely return.

We chose this hotel on friends' recommendation and were really glad we did. Joseph runs it to a high standard, and it was a very comfortable stay. The attached Coffee Pot Cafe serves great food too. A real gem in Uganda, highly recommended.

We arrived in Kisoro soaked through from the rain on our motorcycles, but a hot shower, wonderful restaurant food and a roaring fire in the lobby soon warmed us up. Joseph runs a great hotel with lovely attention to detail. The location is good, there's secure parking, and he can arrange gorilla tours.

The evening fire in the dining hall was a lovely place to sit and play one of the many board games. We had a lovely stay at this nice hotel in central Kisoro. The food is great, the staff are very service-minded, and our room was clean and modern. Joseph, the manager, was a great help. I can definitely recommend the place.
