Garden Courts Hotel

After days of travel and staying in several hotels, I didn't feel this one was worth the money. My room was tiny and not very clean, with exposed electrical wires and a torn mosquito net. When I asked for a replacement or another option, all I got was promises that someone was working on it. Breakfast in the morning was very basic and limited.

Birds chirp through the day and there’s lots of greenery, which made this a lovely break from the city rush. The hotel is peaceful, well kept, and surrounded by nature. The service team is dedicated to looking after guests.

Some dishes felt like poor value for the price, and that’s something they could improve. I did love sitting by the campfire on Sunday evening with the live band playing, that was the highlight of my stay. The place also has modern amenities.

The gardens were well maintained, and it was nice to be able to exercise or relax outdoors. I also had a great experience with the laundry, sauna and steam bath. The rooms were fairly organized, though there were a couple of small issues that could be fixed. From the gate through to reception, I was met by smiling, enthusiastic attendants, and the customer service was great. Overall, I had a good experience with the hospitality here.
