The rooms are clean and comfortable for both local and international visitors. It's easy to reach, right along the Masaka highway in Mbarara, and the proprietors seem well organized. The services have all been impressive.

I've returned a few times because the rooms are clean and pleasant. The breakfast is a simple self-serve buffet, but it kept me going until lunch. Rates can vary between Ugandans and foreigners, depending on what staff think they can charge. On one three-night stay, I was billed a different amount each night because different people were at the desk.

The easy access from the main road and the attractive exterior are about all I can praise. Once inside, the room was a letdown: poor service, a lousy breakfast, no hot water, and a high price for what you get. There were quite a few of us, and we all left disappointed. I can't recommend it, and my friends and I won't be back. 😏😏

A decent place to stay along the highway.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nicely furnished for a modest price. There was a warm shower too. Some rooms could use refurbishment, and on some days noise from the nearby church can be a nuisance.
