Cathy is fun to be around, and Nusurat really makes you feel cared for. They’re both very professional. We didn’t get to meet the rest of the team, but those two work hard and deserve better pay and benefits. The rooms are good and the service is okay. The TVs could use an upgrade, though, since the picture isn’t very clear.

Their room service is the standout, and I’d say it’s the best around. They deserve your business.

We arrived late without booking ahead, but the team at Muju hotel welcomed us with smiles and looked after us so well we felt at home. The room was very clean, and there was hot water. I also loved sitting on the balcony and taking in that spectacular city view. I’ll definitely return. Thanks, team.

Breakfast was filling and locally prepared, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were very hospitable too. If you need somewhere to stay in Mbarara on a low budget, I’d recommend Muju Hotel. Andrew.
