We had no complaints at all. The rooms were pleasant, the beds comfortable, and the food was great. The staff were friendly, and the stay was affordable. Our best stay in Uganda.

The pizza toppings were nice, but the pizza itself was undercooked. Service was poor both times I ate here, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Staff didn't seem to watch the tables. When I asked for the bill on my second visit, I had to find someone myself, then waited so long that I eventually got up to leave. Only then did anyone check on me. I said I was waiting for the bill, and it showed up within two minutes.

The staff were welcoming, and the restaurant had different kinds of food. My room was clean and spacious. It's a great base for visiting Fort Portal and tracking chimps in Kibale Forest.

The chocolate cake was tasty, and you can pay by card. There's a wide choice on the menu, with great pizzas. The wait for pizza was long on one busy day, but much shorter on the other days, when the food was great.

Always a great experience here. Meeting the manager and Aggrey today made it even better.
