Blandina, the owner, is a charming host, and the terrace looks out over a peaceful crater lake. Cyclists will find plenty of flat, shaded places to pitch a tent, along with clean basic toilets and an open-air shower. Dinner and breakfast are available if you ask, and both were delicious, though the portions may feel a little small after a day on the bike. There's also a place to cook your own food if you're traveling on a budget.

The hosts made us feel so welcome, and the food was lovely. From the lookout deck, the lake and mountains look gorgeous. I had a delightful stay and am already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend.

We loved waking up to the view from our bungalow, with breakfast and dinner served right outside our room. The staff were super friendly, and the candlelit meal under the stars became one of the highlights of our Ugandan trip. We also did the half-day 5 Lakes excursion. It was nice, though the section nearest the hotel was tough and slippery at first. If you're not very fit, I'd suggest skipping that part. Enjoy!

The landscape is amazing, and the staff are super nice. It's a lovely spot to slow down and enjoy nature. There are different monkeys around, as well as a friendly golden retriever and a cat. You can also head down to swim in the lake.
