The monkeys are lovely to watch around camp. We woke to Red Colobus in the tree above our tent, then spent the morning seeing three kinds of monkey and mongoose playing nearby. Just keep an eye on Vervet monkeys while you're cooking, though the other monkeys are very relaxed. The hot showers were lovely too. This was probably my favourite campsite of the whole Uganda trip, with wonderful views, lake, and nature.

I only visited the lake and had some food, I didn't stay at the hotel. The Rolex was delicious, and the lake was incredibly calm and beautiful. Be very careful if you swim: the rocks are extremely slippery and the bottom drops away quickly, so you can't stand. I'd only recommend going in if you're an excellent swimmer. I loved the place.

A lovely, peaceful oasis for enjoying nature. Thanks to everyone who protects and cares for it. I hope it can be reconnected to Kibale forest one day, so wildlife can move around more freely and more people can experience the natural world.

We had a lovely swim in the private lake, then relaxed by the campfire in peaceful surroundings. The staff were so welcoming, the service outstanding, and the food excellent. A beautiful experience.

We had a fantastic four-hour walk with Robert through beautiful scenery, passing several crater lakes, small villages, and a banana and vanilla plantation. Afterward, the meal was super delicious. The lake is stunning for swimming, and there are lots of monkeys around the property. We found the place too late in our trip to stay overnight, which we definitely would have done otherwise. 100% recommended!
