The rooms were tidy and clean, but the accommodation was still quite poor and the service wasn't very good. Breakfast was limited to one meal. Pancakes were usually the second option, though I didn't really count them since there was no syrup or fruit. In the bathroom, I would have liked warm water. There were two of us, but the room had just one towel and one bottle of water.

I was comfortable during my stay. It's a bed and breakfast.

The service was great, and I admire the place. Link Buses run all night, so there was a bit of noise, though that's not their fault. Still, it's worth spending the night here.

The hotel is affordable and serves nice meals. It's well located near a bus terminal, which makes it easy to travel to Kampala.

The food was very bad, and they don't take customer complaints seriously at all. Such a shame for a beautiful hotel.
