For what I paid, the room felt like poor value. Breakfast wasn’t included, there was no mini-bar to chill drinks, and the gym equipment had inadequate instructions. The window wouldn’t shut, and there was no way to keep the room warm. The TV was a standard one without Smart TV features. If our group comes back to Aberdeen, I’ll look for somewhere else to stay.

For a hotel that’s been around for ages and has been refurbished, the rooms are alright. The showers may be the worst I’ve ever had. With other hotels close by at competitive prices, I’d personally look elsewhere next time.

The rooms were clean, and it looks like some renovation work was done not long ago. It’s a nice place to stay near Aberdeen airport. Breakfast was a traditional English one, nothing special.

The staff were polite, helpful and professional, and the beds were comfortable in quiet rooms. The location works well for the airport and P&J live. The hotel itself looks a bit run down and could probably do with some renovations. Definitely recommended.

The lobby is bright and airy, and the staff are really professional. I was travelling alone and felt safe, even though the place was full of contractors and rig workers. But the food was awful, the water pressure was feeble, and it’s unbelievable that a modern building has no lift. Ground floor rooms are available, at least.
