Residence Inn by Marriott Aberdeen

I stayed in room #326 and had a lovely view, with no foot traffic in the evening. This newer Residence Inn has modern, spacious rooms and a very convenient location near the College, bus and rail stations, and the City Center. Breakfast and laundry are provided on site for free. I’d stay again if I return to Aberdeen.

The staff were amazingly friendly, even over Christmas, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Breakfast was very good, and our room worked well for three people, with some nice little touches. The location is fantastic, right beside Christmas Village and about a seven-minute walk from the main shopping areas and a few museums. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

We only stayed one night, but this would make a great base for a few days. The room was superb, with a small, well-equipped kitchen, a large fridge and a breakfast bar. It’s right in the centre, but still felt safe and quiet, with mostly pedestrianised streets around it.

Great location, just a short walk from Union st, which is full of restaurants and landmarks. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was amazing, with options for GF and DF diets. The room was great too, though the drains could probably do with more frequent cleaning. There’s a car park, but ring reception for the specific details. Google Maps didn’t take me to the right place, and you get a daily access code.
