Aberystwyth Park Lodge Hotel

The breakfast menu was simple but thoughtfully put together, with traditional English, vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as pancakes. Everything we tried was good quality and nicely cooked. We were also very happy with the parking, especially the Tesla Superchargers, which suited our EV trip. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. We stayed in recently redecorated Room 2, finished to a high standard, with a very comfortable super king bed and spotless room and ensuite. It felt like an upmarket Premier Inn: modern, clean, comfortable and well run. We’d gladly stay again next time we’re in Aberystwyth.

Snow stopped us travelling from our original stopover, so we ended up here and were met by a really welcoming place. The room was a great size and immaculate, with a big, very comfortable bed and a great shower. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I only had coffee in the restaurant, but the food looked very good and the menu had plenty of choice. The room could have been warmer, though we were there during a particularly cold spell. Still, I’d highly recommend it.

We were here for three nights and found the hotel clean, spacious and welcoming. The centre is about a ten-minute walk if you don’t mind walking. McDonald's, Next home and Morrisons are right next door, which is very convenient.

The staff were great, especially when they called to tell us my partner had left his suit in the room. We stayed for two nights and had no complaints: the room was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and I think that was the best shower I’ve ever had. We’re already looking forward to coming back in summer.
