The room was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed, and we enjoyed a couple of hours in the pool followed by cream tea. I’m 34 weeks pregnant, and Amy kindly adapted my massage for pregnancy. Dinner was lovely too, with friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was the one letdown. It felt chaotic, and some staff seemed stressed despite plenty of empty tables. When I asked one person for a spoon and butter, he said they were already on the table, though they weren’t, then walked away. Another staff member brought them without any fuss. After our treatment, the pool, sauna, and steam rooms were the only facilities, so a few more spa options would have improved the stay. We still came home feeling relaxed.

The shared spaces had lovely decor, and there were plenty of places to eat and drink. We had a really nice weekend in a manor house room, which was spacious, gorgeous, and clean, including the bathroom. The staff were so lovely, and we enjoyed the drinks and delicious dinner. The spa was fully booked, so we can’t speak to its services. We could use the pool and sauna, though, and it was nice to relax there. We’d definitely come back for another weekend away.

A water pressure problem meant they couldn’t give me a room despite my confirmed booking. The team handled it really professionally, though. The General Manager and staff took charge straight away, kept me informed, and arranged a room at another nearby hotel. Their kindness and quick response reminded me why I keep coming back. I’ve been staying at Billesley Manor in Stratford nearly every week for work for about a year, and it’s consistently been a great experience. The historic setting is lovely, and the attentive, warm service makes me feel at home. Always a pleasure, and highly recommended.

We booked for our anniversary on 27th Feb, and the whole stay was fantastic. Everyone was helpful and really friendly, dinner was superb, and breakfast was delicious too. We’ll be back very soon. Thanks, Rich and Deb.

The grounds are stunning, with hedges that feel straight out of Alice in wonderland, and the interior has beautiful woodwork and grand designs. We loved the comfortable, luxurious rooms, indoor pool and spa, and the exceptional breakfast. The restaurant serves quality food at reasonable prices, with views across the grounds. There’s also a fabulous bar with excellent cocktails and a cracking fireplace in winter. It’s a beautiful old manor with plenty of history, charm, and old English style luxury. All the staff were warm, friendly, and efficient. I can’t wait to return, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
