I’ve been staying at the Premier Inn Tring since October 25, and Andreea has made the experience a pleasure. There were several problems at the start, but she handled them promptly, efficiently, and professionally. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area. Her “have a lovely day” as I leave in the morning puts a smile on my face whenever she’s on shift. She’s fully committed to giving guests a 5 star experience and is a real asset to Premier Inn. Thank you, Andreea, for everything you’ve done and the excellent service. I’ll miss you and the team, especially Maryna, whose welcoming smile when I get back each day is lovely. Five stars for her customer service too.

I spent two weeks at Premier Inn Tring Hill and would happily come back. The room stayed clean and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after a long day. Maryna was especially welcoming and helpful from the minute I arrived, and the staff were friendly throughout. A really positive stay.

We’ve now stayed here twice in a couple of weeks for family celebrations, and the room has been really comfortable both times. On our second visit we’d booked an accessible room, but found its bed smaller and much lower. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us back into the room we’d had before. I love the big mugs and sensibly sized kettle, and being able to open the window for fresh air. The room was clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve found on our travels. We turn the duvet 90 degrees and it fits better that way. The bathroom products were nice too. My only room complaint is the bath. I wish Premier Inn would replace the baths with walk-in showers, which would make almost every room accessible. We ate at the adjoining Crow's Nest Beefeater on our last visit. Dinner was nice, though the staff seemed under pressure on a busy night. Breakfast was very nice both times. My husband had a freshly cooked full breakfast, while I had plenty of continental choices, including jams, spreads, Marmite, crumpets, muffins, croissants, pain au chocolate, toast, porridge, cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. The staff were friendly each time. One extra coffee machine at breakfast would help, as there was a queue for the only one. With family in the area now, we’ll be back and won’t hesitate to book again.

The Premier Plus room was worth it, especially the quiet air con that worked properly and helped us sleep so well. Andrea at reception was friendly and helpful too. This was the best Premier Inn we’ve stayed at. I even have my sleep score to prove it 🤣 Wish we lived closer so we could return.

I’ve stayed at dozens of Premier Inns around the UK, and you usually know what you’ll get. This one had working air con, though in August in the UK we didn’t need it, having missed this year’s two days of summer. The free car park is spacious, the location is quiet, and the restaurant next door is bigger than average. We didn’t eat there. The rooms are the smallest we’ve come across at a Premier Inn. There’s hardly space to walk around the bed, and you have to close the toilet door before sitting on the throne. The bedside tables are bigger than the desk. You’re never more than 4 feet from your wife or husband, and our cat might have been worried about touching the walls during a stretch if we’d brought her. We’re usually just in to sleep, shower, and leave, so I’d stay again. But I wouldn’t want to be here longer than a night, two at most, or try to work from the room.
